What is it?
Manna Ministries, aka M2, consists of a portion of the Body of Believers living in Seward Nebraska who’s desire is to serve the Lord in everyday life by sowing seeds in the lives we encounter and strengthening fellow believers.
Mission Statement:
Manna Ministries...sowing seeds, serving and strengthening until all become mature in Jesus Christ! Ephesians 4:1-16
Why Manna?
“Manna” is translated “what is it?” and is defined as - miraculously provided food, spiritual nourishment of divine origin, divine aid, spiritual sustenance, and unexpected provision of something badly needed.
Manna (see Exodus 16) was a NEW and formerly unknown, miraculous thing and it was indicative of the faithful, merciful character of God. It signified God’s desire to be His people’s daily provision as well as His desire for them to be an obedient, humble people. Just as in those days in the desert we too are in desperate need of what only God can provide.
God is doing a new thing right here in Seward. He desires to be OUR daily provision and He calls US to be humbly obedient to His leading each day. We believe God is doing something NEW in Seward that will cause people to say “What is it in Seward? ”
